Florence Cheng is the Head of Impact Strategy at Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) and Co-Founder of COSMOS, its corporate impact consultancy arm. She is an experienced social leader dedicated to driving business and community partnerships, including the Community Resilience Fund (award-winning bridging loan facility for social enterprises) and Business with Purpose (an impact movement to advance businesses as a force for good).

Founded in 2007, Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) is an Impact Purpose Organisation that innovates social change by re-imagining the city. We focus on inventing and incubating pioneering sustainable business solutions to urban social and environmental challenges, and partners with communities and businesses alike to design and build cross-sector partnerships towards realising our dreams for New Urban 2030 in Hong Kong.

SVhk is dedicated to innovating social change through impact capital, impact strategy, impact community and impact storytelling. Key initiatives in 2023 includes:
- Business with Purpose: an Impact Partnership between The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and SVhk to support corporate and social leaders in redefining sustainability, while reinforcing a shared mission to embed PURPOSE in action for a better collective future for HKMA’s members and the wider business community
- Community Making: a software-centric approach and series of activities to innovate social change in urban neighbourhoods under transformation
- Jobcation: a talent investment platform that bridges businesses and mothers with young children to venture back to the world of work after a career break of 5+ years
